1. Terms and Conditions:
1.1. If the Nickel (Ni) content on dry basis is lower than
1.*0%, buyer has the right to reject the shipment, or accept it
under different conditions and term that will be re-negotiated and
agreed by both parties.
1.2. If the Nickel (Ni) content be more than 1.*0% then the
price shall be increased by USD 1.*0/WMT for every 0.*1%, or
prorate thereof.
1.3. If the moisture content is lower than *5%, Seller will
get bonus of USD 1.*0/WMT for each 1% of moisture below *5%.
1.4. If the moisture content is higher than *5%, Seller will
be charged of USD 1.*0/WMT for each 1% of moisture high *5%.
1.5. Buyer will reject the cargo based on the Moisture more
than *5% in the shipment cargo or accept it under different
conditions and term that will be re-negotiated and agreed by both
parties.
